A miscellany of painting and other items

Doors repainted with new door furniture

Riveting stuff indeed. 4 inch hinges 3mm deep, had to buy a new chisel to take an extra 1mm out. Hoping to get polished chrome tubular latches that fit the existing holes.

Note the carpetless floor. That's because I'm putting a 4 x 50 mm screw next to each nail in an attempt to cut down on the squeakiness. The old drill balked at this and decided to retire.
